Unsafe Browser: fix buggy GUI after upgrade to Tor Browser 11.0a10

For whatever reason disabling private browsing mode, which we did for the Unsafe Browser, makes the address bar act weirdly (enough to break our automated tests). This wasn't the case in 11.0a9, which helps narrowing this down if we want to investigate this further.
