Buggy GUI in Unsafe Browser after upgrade to Tor Browser 11.0a10

It's really weird, the address bar's popup isn't working, and its content (e.g. completions, history, other tabs) bleed out into the address bar. It's still possible to enter a URL and visit pages, so the main use cases are still possible.

It seems we'll be releasing Tails 4.24 with this issue.
