Remove Help Desk email instructions; move EDD solution to known issues page

To resolve #17862 (closed), I removed the instructions from the Start how-tos and copyedited the pages. Per @sajolida's recommendation, I moved the boot options instructions to the known issues page and rewrote it to only be about solving the EDD option error.
