Test suite: Try fixing flaky step "all notifications have disappeared"

segfault requested to merge 20263-fix-flaky-step into stable

Getting a Dogtail Node for gnome-shell repeatedly failed in test suite runs. Lets see if retrying it for 30 seconds fixes the flakiness.
