Changes 'Installation instructions' link to 'Backup instructions' when 'Clone Persistent Storage' is checked on non-Tails target devices.
Adds new '--backup' option to tails-installer which launches Tails Cloner with 'Clone Persistent Storage' active and insensitive and removes visibility of the iso/file radio button/widget. Closes #20044 (closed)
Progress bar now includes persistent storage cloning progress.
