Qt applications do not respect cursor size

Reported to tails-testers@ in thread (1/2) Small KeePassXC bugs.

This means that:

1. the cursor is larger in Qt apps by default. Not nice, but not serious.
2. worse than that, if the user sets a larger cursor from the Accessibility Settings, this setting is totally ignored inside the window of the Qt application.
