Explain better the verification

From #18074 (closed):

  • Rephrase "How does the verification work", which was understood as a link to instructions
  • Rephrase the "Verify" button, which was understood as a direction action and not a file chooser
  • Explain better the verification procedure
  • Explain outside of the toggle why the verification is important
