Our documentation mentions Hidden Services but new term is Onion services

Originally created by @emmapeel on #15354 (Redmine)

We should update our docs to use the new term for hidden services.

ref: https://www.torproject.org/docs/onion-services :

“Tor users can connect to these onion services, formerly known as hidden services”
