Update FAQ about hidden services with OnionShare information

Originally created by @emmapeel on #15350 (Redmine)

Currently we say:

Can I run a Tor hidden service on Tails?

It is technically possible to use Tails to provide a hidden service but it is complicated and not documented yet.

For example, some people have been working on how to run a web server behind a hidden service on Tails. See #7879 (closed).

Maybe we can add something about being able to share files through an onion service easily with Onionshare?

It would be a matter of pointing to https://tails.boum.org/doc/anonymous_internet/onionshare/

(assigning to sajolida initially with status ‘New’ to see if he finds it pertinent)
