Consider monitoring the connections between Jenkins Agents and Orchestrator
We've discussed this in the past among @sysadmin-team but I couldn't find notes.
Automatically notifying Sysadmins of connectivity issues between Jenkins Agents and Orchestrator (as for example those caused by #17994 (closed)):
- would eliminate the dependency on Jenkins users to notify Sysadmins about such issues
- could maybe decrease the number of times Jenkins users will have to manually ping Sysadmins via any means
- could maybe decrease response time
