Lizard's MACsec network stops working, which breaks Jenkins CI until manual restart
I saw this happening 3 times since we installed Iguana and configured a MACsec link between them (mid-July 2021, so almost 2 years ago).
Symptom is that all VMs in Dragon and Iguana can't connect anymore to any VM in Lizard (in particular the Jenkins Orchestrator) and vice-versa. I haven't checked the connection between hosts themselves.
In these cases, ifdown/up macsec0 fixes the connection.
