This is about _internal_ monthly team reports, i.e. summit#10.
# Does it happen consistently?
At the scale of the project, it does not happen consistently: it varies a lot
depending on the team.
More precisely, as of 2021-03-09:
- 4 teams send reports consistently: every month since at least October,
inclusive.
- 2 teams send reports mostly consistently: they have occasionally skipped
a report, but have resumed since.
- 3 teams did not send reports since 2+ months, after having sent them
consistently in the beginning.

# Survey
## Goals
- Figure out how much these reports are read
- Figure out how the people who read reports perceive them
- Figure out how the people expected to write reports experience this process
- Identify problems that these reports do _not_ solve, on our path towards
ensuring teams communicate with the rest of the project

## Introduction text
Since the Summit 2020, every Tails team is expected to send a report to
tails-summit@boum.org every month.
Let's evaluate how this process works for us, both individually and as
a project!
Thanks in advance for your participation.
