Fix title of unlock-veracrypt-volume error dialog in case of incorrect password (refs: #17668)

cryptsetup returns a "Failed to load device's parameters" error message
in case of an incorrect password, so we should tell the user that they
probably entered an incorrect password.

I'm not sure if the error message changed since we introduced
unlock-veracrypt-volume or if we overlooked this issue.
