Test suite: in Screen#hover, wait until the mouse actually starts to move

It could improve robustness by avoiding Screen#click, which uses Screen#hover,
clicking before the mouse has moved to the intended location.

Still, even with --sync, xdotool will *not* wait until the mouse reaches
the intended destination, so that's not perfect.
