Fix devel FTBFS

This refreshes the patch for uBlock origin, but also another issue that was masked: we install squashfs-tools from sid, but it was just bumped to a new upstream release with a dependency that is not met. It's easily solved by also installing libzstd1 from sid (or bullseye) if we want to keep squashfs-tools rolling with sid, which I don't see any reason for, so I opted to keep us on squashfs-tools 1:4.4-2 which is still in bullseye.
