Fix running the test suite on sid

On current sid, saving VM snapshots fails with QXL graphics, but succeeds with virtio graphics.

Also, avoid tons of noise in the run_test_suite output: /usr/bin/which: this version of 'which' is deprecated; use 'command -v' in scripts instead.
