Drop monkeysphere configuration

intrigeri requested to merge feature/18256-drop-monkeysphere-config into stable

It's one of the last places left where we reference a v2 Onion Service.

According to sajolida (?), we removed monkeysphere in 3.14. People who might install it using Additional Software should be technical enough to add the Dotfiles that they need to make it work.
