Test suite improvements

segfault requested to merge test-suite-improvements-force-all-tests into stable

Keyboard input in the test suite is flaky (see #19237) and slow. To reduce flakiness and improve speed, we start apps via Dogtail now and add a scenario which checks that the apps can still be started via the GNOME Activities Overview.
