Add full commit ID to /etc/os-release

segfault requested to merge store-git-commit into feature/bookworm

I use the commit ID which the image was built from in some of my scripts which I execute as part of the early_patch hook. The full commit ID was stored in /etc/amnesia/version. That file was removed and /etc/os-release is used instead, but it only had the short commit ID.
