ruff works for feature/bookworm, too

See https://gitlab.tails.boum.org/tails/tails/-/jobs/104132 : where it is correctly scanned. It fails because I made sure that bin/automailer.py included some clearly bad lines, but git rev-parse origin/feature/bookworm actually works.

I'm however rebasing this branch over stable in order to make this change land in the main repository.
