Allow Tor Browser to save files to Documents, Downloads, Music, Pictures, Videos and their subfolders

hefee requested to merge 19255-allow-download-to-default-GNOME-folders into stable
  • Enable Documents, Downloads, Music, Pictures, Videos via AppArmor
  • Make sure that the XDG User dirs are not localized.
  • Add automatic tests for saving to those directories.
  • Do manual testing with lang=DE
