Use Transifex _release branches instead of _completed ones

The new *_release branches, that @emmapeel now generates for us, contain exactly what we want, i.e. all reviewed translations from Transifex. While the *_completed branches only contain PO files for languages that are fully translated, so for example, we would not get translation fixes all other strings were translated.
