Explain that opening the persistent volume on a different operating system is dangerous even if possible

Being created using LUKS, it is technically possible to open the
persistent volume from a Tails USB stick on a different operating
system: in Linux using LUKS, on Windows using FreeOFTE (but then
Windows
has no support for ext4 file systems). But this is a pretty bad idea
since their is not guarantee on the security provided by those when
accessing it for:
- Handling sensitive information
- Keeping no traces
