GNOME System Settings > Displays borked w/dual monitors

When booting TAILS 1.1.1 with dual monitors, the Displays control panel only allows operations on the first display clicked after the dialog opens. The user cannot click the other panel or interact with it, and must Apply changes to whichever display was altered, close the dialog, reopen it, click the other display first, and repeat.
Also, dragging displays (respective orientation) may not work, I haven’t tried too hard, but it seems that the “freezing” of what display is selected “freezes” the entire UI element such that displays cannot be dragged most of the time.
