Describe low-hanging fruit sessions

We don’t have a description of low-hanging fruit sessions on the website. That would be useful to link to something like this when doing the announcement. For new contributors it could point to the Easy tasks. There’s probably content to reuse from the old announcements passed on tails-dev.
