Bump the number of CPU cores the testing VM has

This would allow running it faster, on hardware that can take giving >1 CPU cores to TailsToaster. Also, >1 CPU cores is closer to most hardware users run Tails on, and we’ve already seen situation where this matters (e.g. #11507 (closed)).
