Watching WebM videos in the Tor Browser is broken on single core systems

The is a regression introduced with Tor Browser 6.0 in Tails 2.4~rc1. Possibly it is an upstream Firefox bug, introduced in the Tor Browser when it was rebased on the 45esr branch.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
