Fix the trash of the Persistent Storage
Prior to 4.14, we had an invisible trash: deleted files were moved to a
.Trash-1000 folder that was not reflected in the general GNOME trash. There was no way of emptying the trash stored in the Persistent
Storage without interacting with hidden files.
Since 4.14, there is no trash anymore and users can only "delete files permanently". (#18118 (closed))
We should ideally a fully-functional trash for the Persistent Storage that should work like the trash on a USB stick: when a user deletes a file it should go in a .Trash-1000 folder somewhere in their Persistent Storage and appear in the trash in GNOME files.
