Ctrl+Alt+F1 displays the Welcome Screen

From wb:44826e00326dcede8c3855ab1a19e53c, I could reproduce this.

When I do Ctrl+Alt+F1 in Debian, I get the GDM login screen, but I don't think that's appropriate in the context of Tails.

Could we get a normal console instead?
