The mouse stops working in the Welcome Screen

This used to work fine in 6.0~rc1, but doesn't anymore

When the greeter is opened, I turn on the screen reader. Now, things seems to work for a while, but after few seconds, I'm not able to click on widgets anymore.

Keyboard still works, and the screen reader is reading things appropriately based on the input I can give.
