Goals

Primary goals

• Video calls
• Access websites that block Tor (e.g. government and banking websites, WhatsApp web, social media, etc.)

Secondary goals

• Choose the exit country
• Browse the web faster than with Tor
• Can pay for quality of service e.g. higher web browsing speed

Summary

We want another browser in Tails, that uses a VPN instead of Tor. The rest of the Tails would keep using Tor only. This is essentially what Tor VPN is doing ("split tunneling", i.e. Tor by default, with some possible exceptions).
