Enabling Additional Settings when Creating Persistent Storage from Welcome Screen causes Persistent Storage settings to open everytime booted into persistent volume.
Creating Persistent Storage from Welcome Screen causes Persistent Storage settings to open everytime booted into persistent volume if enabling an Addditional Settings before selecting to create persistent Storage. I went to create a new persisnt storage on a freshly flashed and verified Tails 5.8 image. After creating it everytime i would reboot into the persistent volume the Persistent Storage menu (that is used to turn on/off features) pops up at startup.
I'm pretty sure, but not 100% that I selected to disable the unsafe browser as an aditional setting before selecting to "Create persistent Storage" at the Welcome Screen. Or I activated a new feature after creating Persistent Storage from the welcome screen which initially took me into tailsos desktop.
The only thing I did to fix this bug error was to reflash and boot into tails then create the persistent storage instead of the welcome screen. hope this helps reproduce the error. Remeber reading the same issue of the Persistent Storage menu opening everytime at startup on the r/tails subreddit but can't find it.
