Remove friction to write to our support channels
In the past, we've added friction on purpose to prevent too many people from writing to our Help Desk. For example:
- The link on the desktop that opens the documentation instead of WhisperBack directly
- Some of the language in the documentation
- Probably more things.
I think that we should now check how we could remove this friction and encourage people to write us more, while still:
- Providing them with alternative sources of help first (search, doc, etc.)
- Helping them report useful information.
It's a question of balance and I think that we should shift this balance a bit now.
