Be explicit in the installation instructions that the USB stick must be dedicated to Tails
This might help with at least 2 kinds of problems:
- The problem experienced by Lucas and reported on #18770 (which suggests another solution to this problem): "he thought that several of his USB sticks had been hacked because they were displaying an error message when plugged in Windows"
- Users reporting to Help Desk that they are unable to use their USB stick after restarting on their regular operating system: apparently they expect their Tails USB stick to still be usable as, well, a USB stick.
On https://tails.boum.org/install/windows/ we currently tell the user they need "1 USB stick", without specifying that it'll be dedicated to Tails. Sure, later on we have a warning that says "All the data on this USB stick will be lost", but even then, that does not necessarily translate to "and you won't be able to use this USB stick for anything else anymore unless you reset it which uninstalls Tails".
Should we be more explicit about this, either in the "You need" intro section or in the aforementioned warning?
