Remove cruft from our custom APT repository (2022Q1 edition)

  • Identify cruft:
    • ./bin/custom-apt-cruft-check --suite stable
    • ./bin/custom-apt-cruft-check --suite devel
    • ./bin/custom-apt-cruft-check --suite testing
  • Share the output on this issue
  • Have someone else review the proposed removal commands
  • Run the proposed removal commands
  • Create an issue for next quarter: copy'n'paste this description, mark all tasks in the checklist as not done, set a suitable milestone
