tor fails to recognize when the bridge it is connected to shuts down

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Connected Tails to my WLAN and the Connection Assistant popped up.
  2. Choosed "Configure Tor automatically (easier)".
  3. Checked "Configure a Tor bridge"
  4. Clicked "Connect to Tor"
  5. Choosed "Type in a bridge that i already know"
  6. Typed the private IP and ORPort of my bridge in my LAN
  7. Clicked "Connect to Tor"

Tails successfully connected me to my bridge in my LAN.

  1. Closed the Tails Connection Assistant
  2. Logged into my bridge from another device and peacefully shutdown the Tor process on my bridge with "sudo systemctl stop tor" and after 30 seconds my bridge is offline.

Result

In Tails the Tor icon where i can open Onion Circuits still shows the connected state but when opening Onion Circuits the window shows no circuits.
And Tor Browser of course can not open any website anymore.

Expected result:

The Connection Assistant should open again to let me choose what i now want to do.

I did not checked if forcefully shutting down the Tor process on my bridge makes a difference but Tails should understand both situations.
