Add Metadata Cleaner
With version 2, MAT lost its graphical interface. The only way to discover and use it is through the Remove metadata menu entry in GNOME Files.
This change made it harder for people to learn about MAT and how to use it.
When talking to journalists investigating sketchy documents, I felt that Tails was not doing enough to make journalists confident. For example, at Netzwerk Recherche, several people mentioned cleaning sketchy documents but didn't mention MAT. I instead heard about Dangerzone in Qubes, online cleaning services, and consulting experts.
Adding Metadata Cleaner could help with both:
- Learnability by having a dedicated entry about metadata in the Applications menu.
- Possibly clarifying that Metadata Cleaner is also good to secure PDFs and other file formats.

It seems very late to see it included in Bullseye, but perhaps it could be installed from testing/sid and work as-is in Tails 5.x, and worst case a backport should not be rocket science.
