Search engines may redirect users to staging.tails.boum.org
https://staging.tails.boum.org, seems to be referenced by search engines. Some users may be redirected to it instead of https://tails.boum.org while trying to search for information about Tails. This may lead them to outdated or broken pages (example: https://staging.tails.boum.org/doc/first_steps/persistence/check_file_system.pt.html which still contains #16049 (closed))
How to reproduce: https://www.google.com/search?q=tails+file+system+check
=> For me the first response is staging.t.b.o, but YMMV (lang, country, google's bubble...).
I dont know the status of this website. If it still used, maybe shall it prevent search engines to index it (using robots.txt
or better HTTP X-Robots-Tag: noindex
header)?
