GDM doesn't start with [AMD/ATI] Renoir [1002:1636]

several users reported that they are facing the "GDM can't start" error screen with that GPU, the troubleshooting mode doesn't seem to work, and none of the workarounds proposed for amd/ati in https://tails.boum.org/gdm is solving the issue. it looks like a very recent hardware https://www.tomshardware.com/news/amd-launches-threadripper-3990x-and-ryzen-4000-renoir-apus and seems to be a default GPU (so no intel one to fallback on like with the nvidia GPUs).

I think this should be mentioned on the known graphic issues list, even if we do not have a workaround.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
