Links to torproject.org pages are out of date

@syster pointed out on XMPP that certain links [1] to torproject.org pages are out of date and need to be updated.

[1]: E.g., https://tails.boum.org/doc/first_steps/welcome_screen/bridge_mode/index.en.html contains links to outdated doc on bridges.
