Additional Software persistence no menu is displayed

Hello,
I use Linux Tails and other Linux distributions, where I use KeePassXC. Unfortunately, it almost impossible to synchronize the KeePassX database file to the cloud in the Tails distribution. (this file is less than 1MB)
I wanted to use “Rclone” https://github.com/rclone/rclone But it has no support for SOCKS5 so I can’t set up localhost and port.
I found an alternative, mega.nz sync client (the client should be OpenSource) https://github.com/meganz/MEGAsync this client allows easy setup for SOCKS5 through the Tor.
Despite using Linux Tails in persistence mode, I am not able to set up the synchronization mega.nz client so that it does not have to be installed every time the OS is started.
Tails allows you to set something like this but it doesn’t work correctly. (or I’m doing it wrong) https://tails.boum.org/doc/first_steps/additional_software/index.en.html
I don’t know how to use it “Synaptic” or “apt” pro deb. the package I have locally stored on my desktop. “megasync-Debian_9.0_amd64.deb”
when I use:
sudo dpkg -i “/home/amnesia/Persistent/megasync-Debian_9.0_amd64.deb”
then use the repair command(to download dependencies):
sudo apt-get install -f
This will not allow you to have the application automatically installed each time you start Tails. (After a package is installed using Synaptic or apt, a notification appears to ask if you want to install this package every time you start Tails in the future.)
How can I properly install mega.nz sync client or another application when I have a .deb package and want this application to be installed automatically each time Tails is launched?
thanks,
