tails fails to start with Intel Graphics HD 4000

a user reported that trying to boot with a Fujitsu LifeBook with an Intel Graphics 4000 ended up with the boot menu wrongly displayed (the only things you can see is half of “Tails” and “tails (Troubleshooting mode)” in the top of the screen).if troubleshooting mode is selected, the computer reboots, and if the normal mode is selected, the computer freeze on a black screen.
the xorg-driver=intel parameter doesn’t changes anything, and the issue was not reproducible with Debian.
the issue is present on a device installed with rufus (that works well on another computer) and on a device installed with Tails Installer.
