Consider assigning alt+tab to switch windows, not applications

In the 3.0~beta3, the alt+tab keybinding is assigned to the GNOME 3 default, which is to switch applications. I personally dislike this very much, so I changed it to switch windows instead, which is what all other desktop environments I ever used do.
The change is pretty simple, it can be done with these four commands:
dconf write /org/gnome/desktop/wm/keybindings/switch-windows "['<Alt>Tab']"
dconf write /org/gnome/desktop/wm/keybindings/switch-applications "['<Super>Tab']"
dconf write /org/gnome/desktop/wm/keybindings/switch-windows-backward "['<Shift><Alt>Tab']"
dconf write /org/gnome/desktop/wm/keybindings/switch-applications-backward "['<Shift><Super>Tab']"
I know there are strong opinions about deviating from GNOME defaults, but I would still like to discuss whether we should change this. Many of our users don’t use Tails as their day to day system, so they will probably have problems getting used to the new behavior.
