Now that upgrade-tails is the only scenario with an intermediary Tails,
it doesn't make sense to give so much importance to the steps which are
quite straightforward for all scenarios.

Note that this break the layout of the mac-dvd overview but we'll get
rid of this scenario completely with #15812.
