Debian Squeeze configures a dual-stack (IPv4 + IPv6) network.
When connecting to localhost, the IPv6 address (::1) is tried first, and the
IPv4 (127.0.0.1) address used as a fallback.
This introduces unneeded delays since we know our proxies (Polipo and Tor)
listen on 127.0.0.1. Let's get rid of those delays.
