SSH tests are missing the corresponding infrastructure

In tails#6300 (comment 110947) it was said that “We would set up that in our infrastructure and share the secrets among ourselves”. Now, tails#6308 (closed) was closed, but we still lack such infrastructure.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
