Install ruby-bindex and ruby-binding-of-caller on iso testers

Needed for tails!1481 (merged).

While I was at it I also removed ruby-debug-inspector, which we are not directly using any more (but it will still be installed since it is a dependency of ruby-binding-of-caller).
