Redirect www.tails.net to tails.net

Zen Fu requested to merge 19915-redirect-www-to-main-website into master

Because this implementation reuses the current redirector class, it will not redirect UDFs, OpenPGP keys, mirrors.json and security pages, and will rather serve all of these directly. This should not cause problems, though, as we don't explicitly point to these URLs (beginning with "www.") and, if they're ever used, they'll serve what's expected and activity will be logged accordingly.
