Don't run the whole test suite for branches that don't contain the right

merge commit of #6094.

Without this commit, the test suite doesn't yet run smoothly on Jenkins.
This practically concerns feature/jessie and branches based on stable,
whose build and test states are too much far behind. Once they'll
get that commit, we will revert this change.
