Revert "Also remove the generated node configs in /var/lib/chutney/net/nodes."

This is not needed anymore now that our patch is used: the chutney
configurations are now stored in ${TEMP_DIR}/chutney-data and thus
cleaned up with all other test suite temporary files and directories.

This reverts commit 8da52aca.
